Assassin's Creed Rebellion requires iOS 8 or higher. Since the game is only available in New Zealand and the Philippines, you'll need to create an Apple ID that's based in either one of those countries before you can install it.

Creating an App Store login for a different country is a simple process — just sign up for a new Apple ID using a valid email account and a realistic home address for the country you're going to spoof.
