Amazing Video Logos from the 70's and 80's

Youtube user asth has created these 8 video compilations of all the movie motion graphic logos from the 1970's and 1980's.

I really love these old animations and when I think of how hard they were to make I have a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship that went into them.  So many were hand animated or done on copy stands with really primitive compositing techniques.  The result is an aesthetic that just wreaks of the era.
